COMMUNICATION WITH PURVEYORS
Oro Valley Hospital has developed a list of purveyors, including vendors, contractors, and consultants that can provide specific services before, during, and after an emergency event. The list will be maintained by the Emergency Management Coordinator and the Emergency Management Committee and updated periodically. Where appropriate, Memoranda of Understandings (MOUs) are needed to help facilitate services during the time of a community event. All hospitals in the South Eastern Arizona region have a MOU for supplies, equipment and personnel and has been updated in 2011. (HICS form 258)
